Su, and the family announcement.

“Hello so I believe all with access to this group now know about the C word so I will do updates on here now. Just had my first oncologist appointment nothing really new to report. I had a ct scan yesterday so may get the results end this week and crossing everything that the little bugger hasn’t gone on holiday anywhere else. Will have a heart scan soon and lots of those along the way. Chemo won’t start for a couple weeks as they are rammed so may have to have that start at Kidderminster hospital (I’m thinking of writing a review of hospitals as this will be the 4th to have the pleasure of my company) I’ve got an mri booked 1st November to really get some good shots of my boobs (closest I will ever get to a glamour mag) then it off to gp for blood tests so chemo can begin. Dates may change but that’s the plan. I’ve opted to not have a cold cap where they try to save my hair. Not sure the bald look will suit me but figured the kids will enjoy shaving my head. Its winter so I may need hats so i will be searching wool patterns for some funky designs any knitters prepare for a busy season. It’s going to be rough and I will get tired but determined to keep my sense of humour. I will need occupying during chemo so send funny links and memes my way. Bye for now lovely people.
