Mothers Day – March 19th, 2023

A very special day indeed, to all mums out there, past & present.

Chemo 7 has hit hard. Su managed to make the most of today, best we could. It was a quiet day at home, by design. Best we could do as a family to be together.

• Cooked breakfast, with a special request of fried bread & boiled eggs
  • Chemo does wierd things to taste buds, when you find a food that works, eat it
• Steak dinner (mainly for me) & roast potatoes (which Su’s chemo mouth protested against)

Other special mums in my life – Granny H-C (Jase’s mum) & Granny P (Jase’s nan – Jude & Drew’s great granny).

None of which we could be with today. In time, we will.
