School! A special day today

First day of school obligatory photo alert. He may be two months later starting than most of his friends but today was a very emotional day for me and Jason Howard-Carter. When he was diagnosed with leukemia in May we knew he would miss out on many things and he has taken it all in his stride. So better late than never his time finally came and he had his first afternoon at school. His big brother Jude was there to welcome him and help settle him in. There are no two prouder parents in the world right now. None of this would have been possible without the amazing staff of the nhs, friends, family and countless charities.
Today is a great day. Whilst Drew’s journey is far from over we can see the finish line ahead. Go Drew you brave little warrior 😍🥳
